Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your location.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST are processed the same day.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays are processed the next business day.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment — we currently only ship within the USA. But we're working on expanding internationally soon!

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

What happens if there are delivery delays?
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may happen due to weather or high order volume. If you face issues, please contact our support team.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items. Items must be:

In brand-new, unworn condition
With all original tags and packaging
Returned within 30 days of delivery

How do I start a return?

Is there a restocking fee?
Nope! We don’t charge any restocking fees.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You’ll get a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes! We accept exchanges for items in new, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged Orders & Issues

What if my package arrives damaged?

If possible, refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.
If already delivered, contact us with photos and order details as soon as possible so we can assist you.
